We are sensitive to your concerns regarding the security of using your credit cards to purchase products and services through the Internet. Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your data while it is being transferred over the Internet. This makes it very difficult for someone to steal your credit card information.
It is our intention to do everything possible to make your experience with Hyper Sport Works the best we can. We gladly accept the return of stock items that you are not happy with for whatever reason. We ask that the items be returned in the exact same condition and in the same packaging you received it in. Returns will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. Please understand that we have to pay the credit card company not only to get our money from you, but also to give it back to you. Yes they get us coming and going.
Customized orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any product which has been modified by you, the consumer, or us, here at Hyper Sport Works, will be considered a custom product. As such it may not be returned for any reason other than for factory defects or failure to perform as advertised. H.S.W. will honor our limited lifetime warranty on any customization or modification done by us here.
Your credit card will be credited the amount of your order, minus any restocking fees, within 3 days of our receipt of the returned item. Cash sales will receive a refund via company check.
Orders for items totaling over $250.00 WILL require payment in advance.
Custom Markers and Special Orders
Because "stuff happens", custom built guns and specially ordered items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Payment in full must be made before any work will begin on your custom item. This includes, but is not limited to, S.I.C. Impulses (both new and re-worked), specially anodized I Frames, or markers over $800.00 in value.
Re-worked S.I.C. Impulses will NOT carry HSW's Limited Lifetime Warranty. We will guaranty only that the gun will work as well (or as bad) as it did when you sent it in to us. S.I.C. Impulses bought new from HSW will carry our warrany. We will do everything within our control to make sure you're happy with your purchase, but once works starts, we may not be able to make changes. Be sure of what you want, before you order it.
Limited Lifetime Warranty on Markers
Hyper Sport Works will warrant any marker bought new through us. This is an extension of the OEM warranty, to you, the original purchaser, for as long as you own your marker. This warranty does not cover the usual wear parts (o-rings, plastic pieces, gaskets) unless expressly covered under the OEM warranty. This warranty will be voided if you add any aftermarket parts or accessories yourself. To guard your warranty accessories must be bought through, and installed by, Hyper Sport Works. This warranty also does NOT include shipping and handling between you and us. Any parts that are obviously broken due to your neglect, mistreatment, or just plain beating the crap out of it, will not be covered.
Paintball can be a very dangerous game/hobby/sport. You, as the consumer must exercise caution and safe practices in your use of paintball equipment. Hyper Sport Works can not be held liable for what you do with your purchases. Some items for sale on the web site make the firing of paintball markers easier to achieve. Some items sold on this web site make markers fire faster than normal. These accessories may increase your markers velocity. Please read the descriptions of each item before you purchase it and be aware of the risks you are taking. For this and other reasons, Hyper Sport Works will not knowingly sell a paintball marker to anyone under the age of 18 years old.
In order to help you be a safer and more informed paintball consumer, here are a few vital safety tips: Always assume a marker is loaded and capable of firing. Some markers are capable of firing a paintball with force, even with no air system or CO2 system hooked up. Always keep a barrel blocker on your gun whenever you are not actually playing. Always be sure you and everyone around you for at least 200 feet has ANSI approved goggles on. If you are near a paintball marker be sure you have your safety goggles on. Never let CO2 tanks or air systems sit in direct sunlight or near sources of heat. Remember, a paintball travels at around 220MPH and carries sufficient mass to do you, and fragile objects sever harm.
