Our rates for service are $25.00 / hour plus shipping and handling.

We ship Insured UPS. This comes out to about $18.00 depending where you live.

Please incluse with your gun a note as to what the problem is, your return address (you'd be amzed by the number of guns we get in without that) and your contact information like a phone number and an email adress. Also include as much of your set up as you can. Barrel, reg, tank, etc.

Keep in mind that when we tech your gun we use CO2 to run it and fire paint through it. Every gun is tested WITH paint before it leaves us. What does all this mean to you? Well, if you send in your marker, without a reg on it we use one of our regs which we know is working perfectly. We also use CO2 to power that reg and your gun. This all means that your timing may be off from whatever set up you use. Because of this, we can not guaranty timing and dwell settings. You may have to tinker with your gun a little bit to get it to fire it's absolute fastest. We promise though, that we will get it very close to it's optimum performance. Also, if the problem with your gun lies in the reg and not the gun, you will still have whatever problem you had before. There's nothing we can do about that unless you send your reg in with your gun.

Please keep all this in mind when you send your gun in. We will do everything possible to get it up and running great for you, but because of differences in set up, gas, phases of the moon, and customers messing with our settings, we can not, and will not guaranty your gun will shoot as well as it did here. But we do guaranty that it will shoot. And shoot as best we can get it to do.
